Accepting these terms

By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. These are the terms for a free education site, and they are short on purpose.

Accounts

You need an account to enroll in a course and to save your progress. When you create one, give accurate information, including a working email address you control. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One account per person. Do not share a login across a team. If several people at your business are taking a course, have each of them register, because progress tracking is per account and a shared login will produce a mess.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site, harass anyone, break these terms, or break the law. We will say why when we can.

You can close your own account at any time by emailing info@nantucketai.com.

The content is educational, not professional advice

Everything on this site is general education. It is not legal advice, not financial or tax advice, not accounting advice, and not professional advice of any other kind. It is not a substitute for hiring someone qualified to look at your specific situation.

The courses discuss third-party products, including AI tools from Anthropic, OpenAI, and others. Those products change constantly. Features, plans, prices, limits, and safety controls described in a lesson may already have changed by the time you read it. Verify anything that matters against the vendor’s own official documentation before you act on it. Where a course states a product fact, it also tells you where to check it.

You are responsible for how you use AI in your business. That includes what you put into a tool, what you do with what comes out, and whether it complies with your own legal, contractual, and privacy obligations. Nothing in these courses transfers that responsibility to us.

Intellectual property

The course content on this site, including lesson text, quizzes, assessments, frameworks, graphics, and page copy, belongs to Nantucket AI, Inc. The H.E.L.P. framework and the trust ladder as taught here are our material.

You may use the courses for your own learning and for the internal work of your own business. You may print or save a copy for personal reference. You may apply what you learn at work, including with your staff.

You may not republish, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content. You may not present it as your own, use it to build a competing course or training product, or use it to train a machine learning model. If you want to run a Nantucket AI course as formal training for a team or organization, email info@nantucketai.com and we will sort out permission.

Product names, logos, and trademarks belonging to other companies are the property of those companies. We use them to describe their products, and that use implies no endorsement in either direction.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk download the site or its course content by automated means.
  • Resell access, share credentials, or otherwise give people access through your account.
  • Attempt to break into any part of the site, another user’s account, or the systems behind it.
  • Upload or submit anything unlawful, abusive, or malicious, including through the contact form.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation or with anyone else’s use of it.

Availability and changes

This is a free service and it is provided as is. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any particular course will remain published. We may change, add, or withdraw courses, features, and content at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Nantucket AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from decisions you make based on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
